Fire the Corporations!

Circuit City Fires 3,400.

There seems to be a lot of political double talk regarding the treatment of corporations. Corporations are legal constructs. Without laws—permission from the State to be as a person—, they would not exist. Free markets aside, I do not believe corporations should be considered as people, but they are. In a State-based society, they should be regulated. They should be made accountable to more than its shareholders. In a more perfect world, what we now know as corporations would be employee owned and operated.
