		<description>I am certain Circuit City would use as their defence that these were so-called &lt;i&gt;employees at will&lt;/i&gt;—employees who may be terminated at any time without cause.  It is when &lt;i&gt;cause&lt;/i&gt; is misrepresented that these corporations run into trouble.
